Southwestern Eye Center has a unique opportunity for a Medical Optometrist to join our fabulous team in Southern Arizona. The team includes surgeons, optometrists, and dedicated technicians, scribes, and front office staff that treat a wide variety of eye disease including LASIK, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and oculoplastics.

Southwestern Eye Center was established in 1982 in Mesa, Arizona, by Dr. Lothaire Bluth. Over the last 40 years, the practice has grown and continues to offer world-class technology and down-to-earth values.  In 2017, Southwestern Eye Center partnered with Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center as a founding practice in the American Vision Partners network. We continue to operate all of our centers with the same level of quality.  This combination brings unprecedented value to our doctors, staff and patients in the communities we serve.

Tucked just inside the southern border of the United States, Nogales offers the flavor & feel of Mexico, with no passport needed! The city blends the rich history & culture of Spanish pioneers & early Native American tribes, affording residents the best of both worlds. Vibrant storefronts, authentic Mexican gastronomy, and parks & churches galore line the walkable streets. Nogales locals also enjoy the opportunity for day trips to historical neighboring towns like Tucson or Tubac, or even just a walk across the border to Nogales’ sister city in Sonora, Mexico!
