Employees and their immediate family members receive significant discounts on cosmetic and surgical procedures including LASIK and implantable contact lenses.
Employees and their immediate family members may purchase eyewear, frames and lenses, sold by American Vision Partners, at wholesale list prices, less 20% per job or cost whichever is greater and contact lenses at wholesale list prices plus $2 per lens or box.
Employees and their immediate family members may purchase sunglasses at wholesale list prices.
Retirement planning is a partnership between American Vision Partners and employees aimed to help employees have a financially secure and comfortable retirement. Employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan within the first 90 days of their start date.
Life Insurance and Disability Coverage
Life insurance coverage is available for employees and your eligible family members. American Vision Partners pays the cost of your basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
An employee can supplement this basic coverage by purchasing additional amounts of coverage. Employees can also purchase dependent coverage for your spouse and eligible children.
Long Term Disability coverage is provided by American Vision Partners for all benefit eligible employees. Short Term Disability coverage is also available as a supplemental benefit.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees and their families enjoy a happy, healthy and productive life. It provides employees and their eligible dependents with confidential access to short-term professional counseling services, along with work/life services (e.g., Childcare and eldercare assistance counseling, etc.) at no cost.
